All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday) of placing an order. During high-demand periods such as trade shows, holidays, or peak seasons, orders may take 7-10 business days to process. Please note that the shipping duration is different from the processing time.

Shipping Methods & Free Shipping
When free shipping is offered, We Eliminate Odor reserves the right to select the shipping method. The free shipping credit cannot be exchanged for cash or products. In the event of technical issues or server downtime, we may change the shipping method at our discretion.

Priority Shipping includes up to $100.00 in insurance in case of damaged packages. For First-Class and Parcel Select shipping services, insurance for damaged or lost packages is not included. If you would like to insure your package, we recommend selecting priority service or purchasing signature confirmation.

Missing/Stolen/Lost Packages
We Eliminate Odor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend using signature confirmation for a secure delivery service. Please check exterior areas such as porches, back patios, or garages where the package may have been placed. If someone else, such as a neighbor, may have received the package, please check with them. If the package still cannot be found, contact the shipping carrier for further information. Delivery drivers use GEO tracking on their devices, which can provide detailed information about your package’s location.

In the event that a refund is approved for missing, stolen, or lost packages, the refund will be issued as store credit, minus the shipping fees.

Returned Packages
We Eliminate Odor is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or unclaimed packages. If a package is returned to us, there will be a redelivery fee. You may choose to opt-out of the redelivery service, in which case we will provide a full refund for the products purchased, minus the redelivery shipping fee. If you received free shipping and opt-out of redelivery, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
