Refund Policy

Returns/Damages
In the event you receive a damaged package or product, please take a picture of the damaged item(s) before discarding them. You may also refuse delivery if possible. Claims must be made on the same day of receiving your order. Any claims made after this timeframe will be automatically denied.

If there is an inaccuracy in your order, please notify us via email within the same day of receiving your order. Please note that all sales are final—no exceptions. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

If a return is necessary (upon approval), the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. However, if a refund is approved for a missing/stolen/lost package, the refund will be issued as store credit, minus the shipping fees.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:

  • Items that are not in their original condition
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@weeliminateodor.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange your item for the same product, please email us at support@weeliminateodor.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
